Effect:

Spectator finds the magicians pulse at their wrist. Then suddenly the magicians heart beat stops.

Secret:

Hide a tennis ball under your arm, inside your shirt beforehand to stop your heartrate simply press your arm against your body and the ball will press against the artery that feeds your wrist. They will feel no pulse
