Out Of This World

Effect:

s the card conjuror deals the cards onto the table into 2 piles, they are all the same color. The spectator then tries, and duplicates the same feat. Incredibly, all the cards are the correct color and they are in the correct pile.

Secret:: This is one of the most incredible card tricks ever! Unfortunately, it recquires a stacked or setup deck. Let's start with the setup. Arrange a pack of cards so that 2 cards of the pack are red cards, the next one is black, then red, then 2 blacks, then one followed by 23 blacks, and 22 reds. You need to remember the top seven cards. At the start of the trick, use a false cut, or shuffle that will keep all the cards in their order.

Deal the top card down on the table and say, "red". Follow up with the next right below it, and say "red" again. After that, deal the black card and tell them what it is. Continue telling them what the next card will be, until you've dealt all seven of your top cards on the table. Now, ask them if they would like to try.

Just tell them to put whatever cards they think are colored red in the red pile, and whatever cards they think are black in the black pile. Have them deal the cards in columns, with the marker cards on top (red card on top of the red pile is the red marker card). While they are dealing, you secretly count the number of cards that they deal onto the table. Once you count to 23, tell the spectator to stop, because you want to make this even more difficult.

Take a black marker card from the black pile, and put it where they left off dealing in the red column. Take a red card, and put it in the black column. Tell the spectator that the columns are now switched, and they may continue dealing. Once they are done, tell them to flip over the pile with black marker cards on top, and the red marker card in the middle. As they do that, you take the other pile in your hand, but as you gather it up, make sure that you pull it down from the top (where the red cards are), and that the last card ends up on top.

Once there, flip over the cards, and fan them out. The trick will be complete. You might need to vary it a little bit to find a way that works for you though.
